These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vardeal (the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

This Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Platform

The Platform is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that allows:

  • Sellers to list and sell products
  • Buyers to browse products and place orders
  • Orders to be fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD), with future support for online payments

The Platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We do not manufacture, store, or guarantee products listed by third-party sellers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Users may register using:

  • Email and password
  • Google Sign-In (OAuth authentication)

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

When a buyer places an order:

  • The order status becomes "processing"
  • The payment status is marked as "pending"

Orders are subject to seller acceptance and availability.

4.2 Payment Methods

Currently, payment is made via Cash on Delivery (COD).

In the future, we may introduce online payment methods. When introduced:

  • Additional payment terms may apply
  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled while in "pending" or "processing" status.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse excessive or abusive cancellation behavior.

5. Sellers

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of product listings
  • Product quality and legality
  • Fulfillment and delivery coordination

The Platform may:

  • Remove listings that violate policies
  • Suspend seller accounts
  • Delay or withhold payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations

Seller earnings are recorded through an internal ledger system.

6. Payouts

Seller payouts are subject to:

  • Successful order delivery
  • Dispute resolution processes
  • Compliance with platform policies

We reserve the right to delay payouts pending fraud review or dispute investigation.

7. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds may be considered in situations including:

  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect items
  • Non-delivery

The Platform may investigate disputes and issue decisions at its discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
  • Manipulate order, payment, or ledger systems
  • List illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Interfere with platform operations

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and content are owned by Vardeal or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for product quality or seller misconduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security risks
  • Legal compliance requirements

Termination may result in loss of access to the Platform.

12. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
